WHY WAS BITE NW ARKANSAS POSTPONED? WHEN WILL IT BE RESCHEDULED?

BITE NW Arkansas, originally scheduled for June 19-20 in Downtown Rogers, has been postponed to fall 2020 out of respect for our community and local restaurant partners, all impacted greatly by the COVID-19 public health crisis. Stay tuned to BITE NW Arkansas’ social channels + website for announcements regarding fall 2020 event dates!

WHAT DO I DO IF I ALREADY PURCHASED TICKETS?

Ticket holders will have the option for a full refund through Eventbrite, or have the choice to transfer tickets valid for the fall 2020 event. Please be on the look out for an email containing a survey to determine how you would like to proceed. You can expect to receive the survey to the email address used to purchase your BITE tickets.

WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND? WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?

Ticket holders will receive refunds including $30 tickets + $2.75 in Eventbrite fees. Due to the current circumstance, and the impact of COVID-19, we are anticipating that all refunds be processed by Monday, April 27.

NWACC’s Brightwater Joins Relief Network in
Providing Meals for NWA Healthcare Community

Brightwater and the NWACC Foundation have recently joined forces with Ropeswing Hospitality GroupTyson Foods and local farms and purveyors to provide healthy meals to medical teams at hospitals across Northwest Arkansas. By joining this relief network and offering its kitchen facilities, Brightwater and Ropeswing aim to help in providing healthcare workers with free nutritious meals so they are better equipped to take care of community members during the COVID-19 outbreak. To sustain the initiative, the relief network is seeking monetary donations to the NWA Medical Meals Fund, created by the NWACC Foundation.
