ROGERS, Ark. – BITE NW Arkansas, the region’s largest food festival, returns Friday, June 19 & Saturday, June 20 as part of the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G. Sold out each year since its inception in 2015, the event will once again feature the best restaurants, chefs and brands NW Arkansas has to offer.

Event organizers announce today that the 2020 BITE NW Arkansas event is relocating to Downtown Rogers. The historic downtown district known for its arts, music, outdoors and dining experiences will bring a fresh atmosphere and enhanced experiences for the event’s restaurant partners, sponsors and attendees. The event is expected to take place on N 1st Street, between E Cedar Street and E Walnut Street.

“We could not be more excited for #BITENWA to relocate to Downtown Rogers, and look forward to showcasing the downtown scenery, restaurants and businesses to festival attendees,” stated Annye DeGrand, Event Director. “The City of Rogers has been a wonderful home to the #NWAChampionship since its inception, and we are proud to continue that partnership by hosting #BITENWA in Downtown Rogers in 2020.”

The June event will feature two unique evenings highlighting the vibrant, local culinary scene. Night One invites attendees to discover and sample offerings from the region’s top restaurants and brands. Night Two celebrates the local spirit of the NW Arkansas community, featuring craft burgers, artisan snacks and libations curated by local chefs and brew masters. A third night of #BITENWA is planned to be held in the fall as an extension of the June event. Event organizers expect to announce additional details at a later date.

“The vision of the downtown district is to create experiences that unite the community, while celebrating the past and embracing the future,” stated City of Rogers Mayor, Greg Hines. “By hosting BITE NW Arkansas, we continue to invest in the revitalization of the downtown area and are hopeful the festival will bring even more exposure and positive economic impact to the district.”

In addition, volunteer opportunities are available during the festival. The event is seeking 120 volunteers to support the two-night festival, with opportunities available in three different committees: admissions, supply distribution and sustainability. Volunteering for #BITENWA provides an opportunity to give back to the community, as the event benefits the NWA Food Bank, Apple Seeds and Brightwater Culinary School. Volunteers also receive a volunteer package which includes a volunteer shirt, hat and ticket to attend a night of #BITENWA. Descriptions of volunteer positions and additional details can be found at

Ticket sales for #BITENWA as well as volunteer registration begin on Thursday, March 19. Tickets will be available for $30 and are expected to sell out quickly. Arvest Bank cardholders will have exclusive access to a ticket presale beginning Tuesday, March 17. Eligible customers will receive access to the presale via email from Arvest.
