BITE Experience @ the LPGA

BITE NW Arkansas, #NWAChampionship Week’s signature food festival, will return as the BITE Experience @ the LPGA this year, offering an upgraded culinary experience for tournament spectators onsite at Pinnacle Country Club.

Historically held at locations offsite in the NW Arkansas region, the event will transition to a day-time experience in 2021 in conjunction with the LPGA tournament, open Friday, September 24, through Sunday, September 26.

In addition to tournament grounds access, BITE Experience tickets will grant access to four #BITENWA viewing decks as well as food and beverage samples from a variety of local restaurants. Viewing decks for the BITE Experience will open at 9 a.m. and sampling will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 24 and Saturday, Sept. 25 and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (or end of tournament) on Sunday, Sept. 26. The event will once again benefit the NWA Food Bank and Brightwater Culinary School.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where is parking located for the tournament?

The location for general public parking will be announced as the tournament approaches on www.NWAChampionship.com and via email to all ticketholders.

Do I need a ticket to access the BITE Experience?

Yes, a BITE Experience ticket is required to access the four #BITENWA viewing decks throughout the course as well as the food + beverage samples within each location. Each BITE Experience ticket also provides access to the tournament grounds on the designated date.

Where will the BITE Experience viewing decks be located throughout the course?

BITE Experience ticketholders will have access to four (4) different locations throughout the course including the Driving Range, Hole #9 Tee, Hole #15 Green and Hole #16 Green. Each location will feature six (6) to eight (8) local restaurants + global brands.

When will participating restaurants be announced for the BITE Experience?

Participating restaurants will be announced in the coming months at www.BITENWA.com.

Are kids permitted at the BITE Experience?

The BITE Experience is tailored for adults. All attendees regardless of age will need a BITE Experience ticket to access the #BITENWA locations throughout the course. All #BITENWA attendees will have their IDs checked by event security, with those aged 21 & up provided a separate wristband.

What are the timeframes for the event days?

Are you doing themes like years prior?

There will not be themes for each day of the BITE Experience. However, each day will feature different local food and drink vendors at the four viewing decks.

Are #BITENWA and #NWACHAMPIONSHIP at two separate locations?

BITE Experience @ the LPGA will be hosted in conjunction with the #NWAChampionship at Pinnacle Country Club. The culinary experience will feature four viewing decks along the course at the tournament. Are the food vendors the same all three days?

Each day of the BITE Experience @ the LPGA will feature different local food and drink vendors. The participating vendors for the 2021 BITE Experience @ the LPGA will be announced soon!

What time do gates open?

Viewing decks for the BITE Experience will open at 9 a.m.

Will I receive a refund if Covid-19 were to worsen?

Our staff will closely monitor the Covid-19 pandemic. If things were to worsen, we will work with each ticket buyer accordingly.

Will there be a beer event this year?

There will be beverage sampling on-site at the event, but there will not be one specific day allocated for a craft-beer night like we have done in previous years. The participating vendors for the 2021 BITE Experience @ the LPGA will be announced soon!

Will there be access to The Club this year?

This year we are transitioning our upgraded spectator ticket offering from The Club to the BITE Experience. For only $45/day, tickets to the BITE Experience will provide access to 4 different viewing decks (Driving Range, Hole #9, Hole #15 and Hole #16) along with food + beverage samples at each location. The experience will be very similar, with expanded access throughout the course and greater variety in food options.
